Úvod do mezigeneračního mentoringu
Tento modul je úvodem do celých osnov školení o mezigeneračním učení a mentoringu. Účastnice a účastníci školení se naučí orientovat na vícegeneračním pracovišti v zájmu potírání ageismu a podpory začlenění a rozmanitosti skrze exploraci definic pojmů použitých v projektu a toho, co odlišuje různé generace a jejich potřeby.
